1. What kind of jewelry do you offer?
We offer a curated collection of artificial and imitation jewelry, including necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, cuffs, and anklets — all designed to elevate your everyday and festive looks.
2. Do you sell real gold or silver?
While our products are not made from real gold or original gemstones, some of our products are gold/silver plated or made from 925 Sterling Silver. The material used in each product is mentioned in the product description. We specialize in high-quality artificial and imitation pieces that give you a luxurious look without the high price tag.
3. Are the accessories and bags original leather?
Our clutches, purses, and bags are crafted using premium synthetic materials that offer both style and affordability. If a product is made from original leather it will be mentioned in the product description.
4. Is your jewelry waterproof?
No, our pieces are not water-resistant. To preserve their finish and shine, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and excessive humidity.
5. How do I care for my jewelry?
- Keep jewelry away from moisture and chemicals.
- Store pieces in a dry, airtight box or the pouch provided.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use.
- Do not spray perfume or apply lotion directly on the piece.
6. Can the color fade or tarnish over time?
With proper care, our pieces are long-lasting. However, due to the nature of artificial and imitation jewelry, minor fading or tarnishing may occur over time, especially with exposure to water or harsh conditions.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery for items that are damaged upon arrival. Due to hygiene and product type, we do not accept returns for used items.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
9. How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, and delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Pakistan only. We are working on expanding to international markets soon!
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Bank Transfers and Credit/Debit Card Payments. All payment details will be shared during checkout.
